Cannot Decompile Apk from HTC Sense 4+

I am using APK Manager 5 and trying to decompile apk's from the latest HTC Sense 4+ (Jelly Bean 4.1) with no luck.

I'm getting these errors:

Any ideas on how to decompile properly?
