Earth live wallpaper has been extracted from Xperia S ROM and posted quite a few times. Its version is 2.0.4.
It seems that the 2012 Xperia series have version 3.0.1 of Earth. I've checked Sola, U, J, Ion, and Tipo. I didn't notice any optical difference with the 2.0.4 version. The difference seems to be in the performance. 3.0.1 is lighter and consumes only about 4-5MB of RAM, while 2.0.4 consumes 23-24MB.
