Make stagefright exploit code work for other devices

Hi
Zimperium mobile security released libstagefright's exploit code. I can make a mp4 file successfully but it's made for nexus running 4.0.3. So it doesn't work out-of-the-box. Can someone help me how do i make exploit work on my android and successfully connect back to my metasploit console? (Or netcat)
My device appears to be vulnureable.
