Looking for tts to notification! (not other way around)

I'm looking for a Software that is working as a tts Software without reading anything. I would like to get the tts messages that were send by other apps to be used in Tasker as text or as notification. That would help some Pebble using eg. Google Navigation.
Is there any way to do it?
