(Help) Samsung Galaxy GT-S5690 Bricked?

Ok i rooted my gt s5690 using universal_gb_root_v25. it worked fine. i was using rom manager to install a theme for my device. when the theme was installing the installation stopped working and i had to reboot my phone but it just gets stuck on the boot screen. it can go into download mode and recorvery mode. i want to know if there is a way to fix it or if its a soft brick or a hard brick. thanks for viewing
