[Q] Bypass apps stopping my music

I've been playing this game, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, and it's a great game but i wish i could listen to my own music while playing it. I use PowereAmp as my default music player and i have 1000+ songs to listen to, but every time something is playing from PowerAmp, or any other music player, and i open Need For Speed, it stops.So my question is, is there any way to have PowerAmp running while simultaneously playing Need For speed? I am rooted so messing with some files isn't a problem for me :p
I tried messing with some app permissions but that didn't do anything :/ so ya. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
