[Q] Atrix 4G Asiaretail

i've been looking like an idiot for weeks and can't seem to find a solution! i have an Atrix 4g with gingerbread 2.3.4 the problem is that the software version is 45.31.0.MB860.AsiaRetail.en.03 and i've read that there would be problems if i try to unlocked the ATT way, i try to look for a tutorial here but i just can find one or at least no one that i understand completely, :p Can someone be patient and kind enough to explain me how can i install custom roms??? :confused: Please! :highfive: i really want ICS or Jellybean! this Gingerbread is frustating
