[Q] Desperate with 1-star spam

Hello I am the developper of an app on Google Play Store. It is NOT a BIG success but it is one of the top apps about barcode scanning an inventory. I got this little success after a LOT of work.

But as my app goes up on search results I see how I am being attacked by spammers with 1-star comments. Often this attack comes from Russia. And sometimes from Germany. Many times no way to know from where or who. It looks like competitors trying to put my work down.

So my rating is falling fast this month and don't know what to do?

Anybody out there know how to fight this? Tried notify Google but nothing...

I am sur i not the only one suffering this crap.
