I just got my 3rd replacement epic 4g touch this evening. Ive been wanting to tinker with custom roms since i first got this thing, but i finally got one without the eMMC brickbug!
i need one that's very stable. I've had good luck with CM on my previous htc devices, but i haven't used it in awhile, and I'm kind of nervous flashing a beta.
I've been very interested in some of the other ones I've come across.
What's the best, most stable ROM for this thing?

I should add that i prefer roms that have nothing to do with touchwiz our any other carrier mods, wifi hotspot functionality is a nice plus, i miss custom lock screens, and everything else is almost just a luxury.
