I have RocketDial pro and I'm setting up bluetooth hands-free calling for the first time.
1) Where is the "headset" button? The stock dialer has it right on the front page.
2) Is there a way to get RocketDial to automatically go to "headset" mode everytime I accept a call while Bluetooth is turned on?
