Superpad VI ... v10 ... Android corrupted

Tab was working fine....

after installing chrome browser .. tab freezed .. and i clicked reset button.. and rebooted.. the android market was not connecting...

so tried factory resetting... in settings clicked erase all data...

i thought it will come back as fresh tab..

but after rebooting tab..

nothing working.. only the target point.. is coming. no icons and menu...

i think system files also deleted i guess...

please help me to restore ...

how to fix this android issue...
