In search of guide, or where to start....what other info needed???

Ok so I am wondering if the Hipstreet Flare can be pushed to run CM9 or 10

With luck in hopes of Jelly Bean. I have tried to gather what ever information I can get.

What has me lost is so many Made in China Tables are clones and clones of clones.

I am curious if anyone can guide me where to look and or start to flash a fairly basic rom.

I will post pics that have information ( with the one problem I show in settings I am a 7" Tablet as I am not using my original build.prop )

If any one has a copy of a Hipstreet Flare 9" build.prop. please upload or link to it!!
