CPU limitations problem...

Hi!
Does anybody know which file may be responsible for the blockade of the top CPU speed? My tablet has a 1GHz processor, but through the manufacturer blockade only works on 800Mhz. I already activated the init.d and i only need to know what file it responsible of this.
CPU is Amlogic Meson-3 (AML 8726-M3)
