[Q] Bluestacks - Google Play app not available in country

Hi,

I'm using Bluestacks on my PC and I would like to update an app but Google Play is telling me that the app is "not available in your country". The first version was ok but only the update has this.
Is there any solution to change the country detected when using Bluestacks ?
I found Market Enabler but I would prefer not to pay just for that, and I don't know how it would work on Bluestacks.

I tried syncing with my phone but the app is not showing in Cloud Connect. The app cannot be moved to SD Card either, to protect against copy.

Anyone can help me ?
