It has build-in Google Talk, Gmail,
We can install Skype and can make direct outgoing telephone calls and receive incoming telephone calls.
We can install Google Voice, but cannot make direct outgoing phone call using WiFi VoIP. No incoming call.
We cannot install Talkatone, Pinger, textfree. (your device isn't compatible with this version?)
