Boot time analysis

Hi

My tablet needs more than 3 minutes to boot...

Questions:
- do you knwo an application that would show the boot time used by each application?
- even if applications are 'disabled' using tools to prevent some application to automatically run at startup, it seems that some of the anyway start a splasch sceen/ads before quitting again. Possibility to avoid that, without freezing apps?
