Hello everyone! I'm using a device which is running 4.2.2 (mt6572/512MB of RAM/TFT 854x480 screen). Now i want to upgrade it to 4.4 kitkat so i try to port a 4.4 rom from CLONE DEVICES (mt6572/512MB of RAM too, but different about camera and some small things). I repack kitkat kernel (3.4.67) and stock ramdisk into a boot.img, then replace some file and folder in system/etc, lib, vendor, usr from stock to port. But it can't boot! After the logo appeared, my device stops booting (not brick, not bootloop, not power off). Anyone please tell me how to port4.4 kikat rom for jelly bean device! I saw someone get successfully!
