Hi I have written a guide which is hopefully thorough enough to avoid people getting bootloops, this process changes the cursor of a mouse connected by OTG to an Android device, I've tested it on three different tablets and one phone with no problems.

I found the standard mouse cursor very hard to see, this guide allows you to change it to a very large and visible one, ideal if you are using a tablet in bright daylight.
