Bluestacks: Extracting SMS Data?

hello People,

I just exported my Nokia Lumia 920 SMS from .msg to xml format then I successfully used, SMS Backup & Restore to restore all SMS on Bluestacks.

Was wondering, is there any way to extract the Data on Bluestacks or anyway to backup Data just like on TWRP, then restore it to my Xperia C5 Ultra via TWRP?

or is there any scripts for fastest way to restore 58k SMS to my Xperia C5 ultra?
