Hi Guys
First of all I will request to moderator of this forum to create ZTE 9 development section and put this post there.
So guys after a lot of googling finally i was able to find a custom recovery and root tool for ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini and maked it to work for me and sharing same with you guys who want to root their Z9 mini and wanna taste some custom rom over Nubia UI here you can download One Click Root & custom Recovery (TWRP English Version) Tool for ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini.
just download the tool from Given link and Fallow instruction and you will be able to successfully able to root your phone and can install custom recovery based on TWRP
1-Download the File from Given Link and Extract it in your Desktop
2 you can see Given File list in Extracted Folder :-

3- Enable USB Debugging On your Phone and connect it to your PC ( for USB debugging fallow step below in image )

4- Now click and run ThemePush.bat from extracted folder and you can see Below screen with option .

Now just Choose a no given in toolbox to perform the task . just input no and hit enter
this tool has default recovery too if sometime you want to gonna back to Nubia deafult recovery just install original Recovery.

users on forums reported they are working with some little bugs so try them and let developer find out bugs you have noticed ;)
