[DEV] TSJ (Terminal Simplified Jenkins) v0.03

What is
TSJ, as suggested by thread title, is the Terminal Simplified Jenkins tool.
Its aim is to be as simple as possible, keeping to the developer the ability
to several ROMs, without the needing to alwasy check what's happening
to the computer, and also to make possible to automatically send the product
of the build process into an FTP space.
