[Q] Anyway to videochat between my droid4 and tablet?

I have a droid 4 and an array of android tablets and i want to vid chat between them. The issue is, i have the same google account on both of them and dont see how you can "chat with yourself."

my tablet is usede by me at home so i dont want to just have a dummy account and want to be able to call the tablet from my phone.

i was hopeing for a solution using gtalk or google plus
