Mic problem

iam using HTC explorer I port sense 5 lite version from desire 300 my self every thing working properly som fc 's only and the Mic is not working on incoming/outgoing calls and other apps can u help me to fix that problem. I replace ril files from cm Rom but no use Same problem please help me
