[Q] in-call screen in AOSP newer than FROYO

Trying to modify the in-call screen in KitKat. This is the source for the incall screen in Froyo

but this entire functionality seems to be missing in KitKat

Can any experts tell me what happened to this functionality and whther its possible to modify the incall screen in Kitkat?
