Applications menu in ICS JB

hi guys, wondered this question: have the
device ics (4.0.4) stock - cm it is not. -
Output menu in applications jb ics and
different - so that's what I noticed if ics
display nav bar (buttons and menus back
home) through build.prop or through
framework, applications menu appears in jb -
but it would be nice only after the withdrawal
nav bar screen decreases and call button
becomes clickable - there are other ways of
withdrawing the application menu in jb for ics?
