Found ways for rooting:

the tablet can be easily rooted using following steps

1 First download all your tablet drivers and install them
2 download rootx app for windows @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2239958
3 now open start _rootx.bat and follow the onscreen instructions

voila you're done rooting your tablet
