This method is confirmed for rooting Spice Mi-535, by following this method you can easily root your phone.
1. INSTALL PHONE DRIVERS
Enable USB Debugging is setting and connect your phone to your computer via USB. Windows will automatically install the drivers in few minutes (you should be connected to internet for drivers installation) make sure all the drivers are installed properly. Check the drivers by going to control panel -> device manager The"Android Composite ADB Interface" MUST be listed by now... if not recheck your steps again. Disconnect and restart your phone and your computer and make sure it stays that way.

2. Now download rooting tool : ZhuoDaShi 2.3.8 by download link provided here, This tool is in Chinese Language but you can manage it easily its real simple just you need to install it and you do it by following this method Ok after downloading install it, after installation open the ZhuoDaShi 2.3.8 and after opening, if it prompts for new version update then update it and again it will be updating some required files, so update all the files it will take around 15 to 20 minutes for all updates, after updates close it and open again, now connect your Spice Mi-535 to PC by USB Cable, (before connecting make sure that USB Debugging is enable in your mobile settings)

3. As soon as you connect your phone the ZhuoDaShi will recognize your phone, you can see your phones logo and model displayed on ZhuoDaShi interface. Just below the phones logo (Left side below the screen) you can see some Chinese language and Root is displayed, now click Root and click next..next.. now your Root process begins, let it finish all the process , in this process , on your phone screen a message will appear Back up Restore, Tap it on Back up Restore and your phone will restart and let it finish all the process and make sure that you are connected to internet till the all the process is finished. Now check your phone, you can see Super User is installed .Yesssssss your done. Congratulations you have rooted your phone successfully.
