Android cursor coordinates on windows computer

I am wondering if it is possible to output the cursor coordinates (along with swipe gestures defined as arrow keys) via usb from an android device to a windows computer. Ideally the android device would just show up as HID device in windows.

I have android software and hardware that can perform swipe gestures but i need these gesture commands to be sent to the windows computer.
