[Q] 7" MID CS-MD701 help required

Dear Support team :
unfortunately for me i have bought a china device branded (chusei) which is now bricked and stuck on Manufacturer Logo screen on start-up.
I tried to find Roms everywhere for this device even on there website but no luck, i also tried to flash similar devices roms to it but also no luck always stuck on startup screen.
