Devanagari (hindi/marathi) flipfont

I basically did a lot of research but unfortunately what I am going to request now has never been done before.

I want to display all english font on android to hindi/marathi.

Like all alphabets such as phone/marathi will be displayed as फ़ोन(hindi language)/मराठी (marathi language).

It should be applied system wide since flip font basically does the same.

Anybody please help me.
