I need a simple app made. No menu no nothing. Just a .gif showing numbers in the form of a meter or a scale. I don't know where you can find the code, but I am not paying much for this app. Like $20 if you have the code. Something like the picture. (needs no design to it, just the numbers fluxuating) thats all. no design needed.
