[Q] How can I get kernel log in fastboot mode?

I make a custom kernel, when i flash it by flash_image to the boot partition, it can't boot.

So i want to boot from fastboot and find out some logs.

Is there any ideas? Or how can i get the kernel log or debug it in the android phone when can't boot?
