[Q] Help! MotoACTV flash rom faild !

Please help me ....
and sorry for my pool english.
My motoactv has some problems , when I am flashing the new rom for it , it's stoped and tell me faild ...
Then the horrible things happened .
it can not be turn on any more , and can't not be charge , and can not get into FastBoot mode , then I use the factory cable , but when I connect it to the computer , there is no response , the computer can not exist the motoactv any more . and the motorola adb interface could not be exist(no response) . with the factory cable , it als can not switch into the FastBoot mode . but the device will become hot when I use the factory cable connect to the computer ...

when I use the usb cable to charge , the charge light will be on , but every time about 10 mins , the light will off , I need to plugin it again .
It's seems the frameware not work any more . no matter the usb cable or the factory cable , it can not be exist by the computer .

the screen of the motoactv not work , the backlight can not be on any more . the fastboot mode can not get in .

I don't know how to fix this problem . and now the motoactv has no power . could anyone help me ? thanks .
