Hey everyone,
I wonder what would happen if someone were to gain access to the database files that the Gmail widget supposedly stores in local memory (not RAM). Would cached emails be clearly readable? How about saved Gmail passwords? I imagine that account credential tokens would be hashed with salt, but of course that doesn't make them safe to brute force attacks if the salt is removed and the passwords aren't great.
Thoughts?
