[Q] Original firmware Alcatel OT 991D

im new here so hi to all :)
it IS possible, that there is a google result for the question, but i havent found anything.

i would like to have a step by step guide (with files and links) if how i can re-set my phone to factory defaults.
factory defaults i mean all the softwares, firmware, bootimg etc. so everythong should be as it was when the phone came out from the line, and how it was when the first user opened the package.

i already found SOME files but i dont want to mess up the phone with half-solutions.
