Need a stock system app (account and sync settings)

First off I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I ended up removing my system app for account and sync settings and have been trying to fix the problem for a while now but no luck. My backup for it on titanium does not work and the apk I found online was a dud. So if any one knows how to get an apk for the galaxy s blaze 4g I would build you a shrine out of bologna
