[Q] help abd and fastboot on tablet

I am looking for how to control my phone "Nexus 4", using "adb" and "fastboot" on my android tablet "tf700"

I normally use these commands under Windows, but under android device, I have not found.

my devices are rooted

nexus 4 : rom jellybam 6.7.0
