How to root my phone? ICS-4.0.4

ok so first I am a totally newbie in this forum. but, I know a couple of thing about android. I also rooted my brothers android device using TPSparky. But I have bought a New android device- Symphony Xplorer W7- (Bangladesh) which I cannot root. The specifications are listed below:

And if someone know the process of rooting this device please tell me. I really need it to use reverse tether, cause my internet data plan of my mobile is very short and expensive. SO I need to use my PC internet
