Problem building Pantech Flex ROM (Some advice please)

Im trying to compile a custom ROM from the stock ROM for a Pantech flex. Ive banged my head on the wall for hours with this and have rewritten it probably 30 times. Grrrrr!!! Im tired and so confused now. It shows its flashing the ROM but the phone doesnt boot. I think its something in my updater file. Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong in this script?
