open it you find two or three folders and some boot.img or kernel or recovery files there which depends on your work what u want to do with your new ROM open this SYSTEM inside working Folder there u see build.prop files open it using Notepad++ and press Ctrl+F and type this ro.product.device now you see your device name inside Build.prop its looks like this |

after that copy that device name rename downloaded plugins file to same as device name in system/build.prop and copy & past it on kitchen directory here are screenshots  now modify or add your setting and apps in working folder and then press [ 99 ] for build your ROM if all gone well then in cygwin window you see your device mount point correctly  after that just take your ROM from OUTPUT_FILES and rename it as u wish then flash it |

this tutorials for Who want to make ROM but after finish ROM they not able to flash it using CWMR cuz of that device mount point are not matched to Updater Scripts & CWMR that why i created this i hope this will be helpful for many user like me which are newbie in android developments ........ :) :) |
