Help getting Tablet apps on unbranded tablet

Hi.
I purchased a chinese tablet
2012 Flytouch 7 10.2" Android 4.0.3 GPS navigation Allwinner A10 Superpad 7 tablet pc 1GB RAM 24GB HDD HDMI 1.5GHz/Ammy

1stly can i upgrade to honeycomb as the seller doesn't understand english and ive given up.
2ndly i want to download Navionics Marine HD Aus & NZ tablet but the device isnt showing as a tablet so i cant access it,
Also is there some program like blackmart for tablets?
