I followed steps from a YouTube video, "How To Root Xperia U", to attempt to root it. It had problems with installing the fastboot driver, and responded negatively when I browsed for the fastboot driver manually (ie. it didn't detect any driver available to install at all). Then, as predicted by the video, it disconnected a few seconds later (ie. I only have time to rush through the clicking of browsing folders for the manual driver update once).
Any help with getting the fastboot to work is appreciated. Thanks!
