White Triangle with white exclamation mark

I have XXEMR2 on Galaxy S3 and when I must type in the SIM-Lock Key, there is a White Triangle in theleft corner of the notification bar.
What dose that mean? OK, it`s going away after I typed my key for the SIM Card but it sucks everytime I boot up.
