I have a chinese MTK6577 (I9300i note2 build e1901_v77 jelly bean). after obtaining root and playing around with a few root apps (mobileuncle, pimpmyrom,system tuner) to try to resolve an issue with the internal storage (it was not working for installing apps, I could open and see contents but could not even unmount it).
The result is that now every changes in settings are not saved. I tried to fix permissions with rom manager and manually but didn't work.
I also tried to reset from settings but it didn't work...it cannot even reset
system and other partitions are r/w so there shouldn/'t be any problem...
any help?
PS: also I did not find any recovery for this phone so I could not use it to format
