[Q] MHz clock signal generation from Android smartphone

Hi,

i am a biomedical engineer and for one of my applications, i need to generate a Mhz clock signal from a mobile phone. Basically that is needed to drive external hardware. Is is possible at all to modify a kernel or write an app to generate a software signal output that can be used in conjunction with a power inverter circuitry to create an output signal of 35V at 10-30Mhz using a phone?
