[Q] Looking for some help unrooting and getting back to stock

I have a UK T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100

It has been rooted quite a while ago, and i'm looking to get the phone back to scratch!

I've been looking at the tutorials/guides, and to be honest, it's all going over my head lol.

I'm not sure if the phone was originally gingerbread or honeycomb, hopefully thats not an issue?
