Need help, how to modify ICS Sense 4+ Skins to be a glass skin

I'm using Desire HD - Sabsa Prime ROM based on One X ported RUU
ICS 4.0.4 Sense 4.1 (4.0a)

I need help, how to modify ICS Sense 4+ Skins to be a glass skin
that look like this kind of skin


I have looked into fusion.apk file but I don't konw how to modify it to be a glass skin since it contains most of xml format
