I was bummed that GooManager didn't notify me that a new version of TWRP had been released for my phone.. Thus, I made my own solution:
- Find the exact page for your phone's TWRP recovery; make sure it lists the version number somewhere on that page. Now, set up that page with https://www.followthatpage.com/ to track that page for any changes.
- Then, make an account on IFTTT and add this recipie: https://ifttt.com/recipes/76672 to text you when that page is updated. With these combined, it should work at least once a day!
- ???
- Profit.
- Oh, yeah, then just go into GooManager and select "Install OpenRecovery Script" to actually install the latest recovery. :D
