heimdall root

Hi, i have a samsung Galaxy Ace 2

I find only Odin guide to root but i use heimdall.

I read:

4) Flash I8160XXLD8_ready_to_root_ANT.tar.md5 using Odin as PDA part.

How is PDA Part?

How to obtain same operation with heimdall?
