[q] lg-c800 lock screen help

Good day,

I'm in desperate need of help. My son was killed in hit and run a few weeks ago. He had a LG-C800. I'm trying to get access the phone but I can't get pass the locked screen to retrieve any data off the phone. The phone is damaged but it still works. (I'm able to put in numbers and etc) Is there a way by pass lock screen without whipping out the phone data. There is information on the SD card. But I'm look I would like to see who he was talking to at time of the death or ealier. There is a Google Account set up which I can access, but I don't see this option after trying to access the phone.

I have installed Screen Lock Bypass Pro (By THOMAS CANNON). This didnt work I'm not sure if its even installed (Play store claims it is)
